Should your selection not fully align with your vision, we are pleased to offer a seamless exchange service.
Exchange Window
Exchanges are graciously accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To maintain the integrity and quality of every 3SETS piece, items must be:
- Unworn and in pristine condition
- Returned with original packaging and presentation materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final Sale Pieces
In alignment with our standards of hygiene and exclusivity, the following are not eligible for exchange:
- Earrings
- Custom or personalized designs
- Items designated as final sale
Requesting an Exchange
To begin your exchange experience:

- Once your request is approved, detailed return instructions will be provided
- Items must be dispatched within 5 days of approval
Shipping & Handling
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the client
- We recommend a traceable and insured service, as 3SETS cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event your order arrives less than perfect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will ensure a prompt and attentive resolution.
Exchange Completion
Upon careful inspection and approval of your return, your new selection will be processed and shipped. A confirmation will be provided once your exchange is fulfilled.
